RAD Resources is owned by two Directors. The Directors offer a hands-on approach to both our clients and candidates. We aim to build life-long relationships by ensuring that we match the perfect calibre of candidates with the perfect company and job. RAD Resources aims to provide high quality staffing solutions. The directors have 12 years combined recruitment experience and worked together at 3 different companies. Two which are global companies, Robert Walters and Sage South Africa. RAD is an abbreviation of Ramatla and Ditchfield and also stands for a Radical approach towards recruitment.
